Steady on the tready followed by a chill (poor choice of words) in the sauna… After a small calf tweak the other day - from reaching on tiptoes, not running (hooray for age 😅) - I’m keeping this week super easy ahead of kicking off my Paris Marathon plan. No signs of aggravation this morning, confidence is back on the up. Aside from that I t’s still icy outside, so continuing indoors for the time being! | Jamies.Running
