When parking officers crash your open inspection 🚗🚨 Chris from Flagstaff Hill told 891 ABC Radio Adelaide’s Sonya and Jules that during his weekend open inspection, council parking inspectors arrived to issue fines — leaving visitors scrambling and disrupting the event. The City of Onkaparinga declined to comment but confirmed five fines were issued on the street of the open inspection and one on a nearby road, citing multiple cars parked illegally under the Road Rules Act.
